Sunrise walk

I jumped out of bed..

We were late for a date..

with the sunrise…

I rushed out of Homey while Jeff was still getting ready.

I sat with a Muscovy duck and a few Common Gallinule while waiting for Jeff to arrive and watch the sun with me.

We left our sunrise bench and took a walk around the park.

Osprey out early with its fish breakfast.

It’s a busy morning for the birds..

Time to find food… I don’t know what this Common Gallinule is finding up here in the grassy area, but it stays quite a while feeding on something.

It’s a lovely morning in the park…

 

We walk the paths near a fitness area…

This will open this weekend.

It looks great!

Time to head back home for our breakfast..
